·        Insurance:  Insurance is an area where we can offer clients a wealth of experience and depth of understanding.  We have litigated over 75 insurance coverage cases, drafted insurance policies and been an expert consultant and witness on insurance coverage.  We served as outside general counsel to a major insurance industry reinsurance pool, and are currently serving as outside general counsel to an emerging company in the health insurance field.  We recently helped design a special insurance program for mold inspectors and assisted in drafting an insurance policy for pet insurance.  Working with experienced actuaries and accountants we can assist clients in evaluating and establishing alternative risk transfer strategies such as captives and risk retention groups.
