• ISI iNap: A company focused on providing the next generation of private, peered networking to the healthcare industry and other clients demanding exceptional privacy, speed and reliability. Don is an equity participant in the company, and along with creating the business structure and handling contracts and other legal matters, he is actively involved in the strategic business decisions of the company.

• Healthcare Services Exchange: A company that aggregates hosted healthcare applications and provides them over the ISI iNAP network to small and midsized healthcare providers. Don is also a member of this company and provides both legal and business support, including creating the business plan, identifying strategic partners and drafting co-marketing agreements.

• Construction Indemnity Group: A company that has developed and brought to market an entirely new insurance product, one that protects small construction contractors against the risk of not being paid by property owners. Don drafted the insurance policy, formed the company, found a strategic underwriting partner to bring the program to market and provides ongoing strategic business and claims management advice and counsel.

• NRG Logistics: A company that sells and markets a technology that effectively removes hydrogen from water and uses the hydrogen to combine with air in the burning of diesel fuel. The technology can improve mileage on semi-trailer trucks by more than 15%, saving the trucking industry millions of dollars in fuel costs, while also reducing pollution. Don will be providing legal support on contracts, strategic alliances, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. he is also a minor equity participant in the company.

• SafeGuard Indemnity Group: A North Carolina based company that has developed a marriage insurance product that provides protection against some of the financial loss realized in a divorce and rewards couple who stay married for 20 years or more with a payout that can help with college, retirement or needs of the married couple. Don provides a broad range of legal advice, serving as the outside general counsel.

• ctFLY, LLC: A Minnesota based company that was formed to provide unstructured data analysis as a technology enhanced service to operational executives, focused initially on the insurance industry. Free form, unstructured data (in addition to structured data) is received from customers and converted by ctFLY’s proprietary technology into critical insights that are analyzed according to specific client objectives. Don serves as outside general counsel providing support on corporate structure, contacts, strategic alliances and investor issues. Don also sits on the Board and provides strategic business advice and uses his network to introduce the company to business opportunities

• XSYTE, LLC: A company currently developing websites in Australia that are used by various amateur athletic associations and clubs to manage their leagues maintain schedules and post information that is useful and interesting for participants and those interested in the league. The company as a United States domestic company and Don provides general corporate legal advice and will assist the company as it introduces its programs to the domestic U.S. market.
